Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Amaranth Flour
  • ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¾ cup Ghee
  • ¾ cup Jaggery
  • ½ tsp Cardamom
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Almonds chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat 3/4 cup Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  • Add 1/2 cup Amaranth Flour and 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour to the pan. Cook over medium flame, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate 3/4 cup Jaggery and 1/2 tsp Cardamomin to the mixture. Continue cooking on simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Slowly pour in the 1 cup Milk while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
  • Switch off the heat, allow the sheera to cool down slightly, and serve it warm.
  • Garnish the sheera with chopped Almonds before serving.
