Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Barley powder
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Dates powder
  • 3 pieces Badam/Almonds chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1 cup of Water in a saucepan.
  • Add 2 tsp of barley powder and let it cook thoroughly.
  • In the meantime, peel and cube an 1 Apple, then blend it into a puree.
  • Add the apple puree and 1/4 cup of 1/4 cup Milk to the cooked barley.
  • finally add 1/4 tsp Dates powder and let it cook for 3 more mins
  • Allow it to cool down and garnish with chopped 3 pieces Badam/Almonds.
  • Your delicious Barley Apple Kheer is ready to be served. Enjoy!
