Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 cup Broccoli florets washed and cut into florets
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper diced
  • 1 Green chilli slit
  • 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely grated
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 4 Spring onion/Green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped onion, slit green chillies, grated ginger, and finely chopped garlic until fragrant.
  • Add diced bell pepper, broccoli florets, salt, and pepper powder to the pan. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Finally, add cooked rice and sliced green onions to the pan. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Serve the delicious Broccoli Fried Rice and enjoy!
