Ingredients
  

  • 1 Carrot medium
  • ¼ tsp Dates powder
  • ¼ cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Ghee (clarified butter)
  • pinch of Salt
  • 2 pinch Jeera (Cumin seeds)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the 1/4 cup Quinoa in a water for 1 hour.
  • Chop the 1 Carrot into small pieces while the quinoa is soaking.
  • In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tsp Ghee and saute a 2 pinch Jeera (cumin seeds).
  • Add the soaked quinoa and chopped carrot to the pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water. Mix well.
  • Pressure cook for 3 whistles, then switch off the flame.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally, then open the lid. Add a pinch of Salt and 1/4 tsp Dates powder, Mix well.
  • Let it cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Your nutritious Carrot Dates Quinoa is now ready to be enjoyed!
