Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Rice (raw)
  • 3 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Jaggery powdered
  • ½ cup Coconut chopped
  • 1 tsp Ghee clarified butter
  • 8 Cashews
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice, grind with water.
  • Add coconut, grind again.
  • Cook rice-coconut paste with milk until thick.
  • Add jaggery, cook until dissolved. Stir in cardamom.
  • Fry cashews, add to kheer. Serve hot, warm, or cold.
