Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sesame seeds
  • â…› cup Jaggery
  • 3 Dates
  • ½ cup Coconut desiccated
  • 3 tsp Peanuts
  • 3 Almonds
  • 3 Cashews
  • Ghee clarified butter for roasting

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a kadai and roast almonds and cashews for 5 minutes until they turn golden brown. Set them aside.
  • In the same kadai, add the remaining ingredients (sesame seeds, jaggery, dates, desiccated coconut, and peanuts) one by one and toast them well.
  • Transfer all the toasted ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times to create a coarse mixture.
  • Take out the mixture and shape it into laddus.
  • The Coconut Sesame Laddus are now ready to be enjoyed!
