Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Curd Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Mint leaves
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee few drops of (clarified butter)
  • Pinch Pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • In a Kadai, saute the mint and coriander leaves in a few drops of ghee for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool down.
  • Add all the ingredients, including the sauted leaves, to a jar and blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Your flavourful Curd Mint Chutney is now ready to be served!
