Ingredients
  

  • 2 Dates
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • â…› teaspoon Tamarind paste
  • Few drops of Ghee Clarified butter

Instructions
 

  • Clean and soak the dates in warm water for an hour.
  • In a kadai, add a few drops of ghee and saute the garlic and coriander leaves for 5 minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients, including the soaked dates, to a jar and blend until well combined.
  • Ready to offer with idli or dosa.
