Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Poha Flattened Rice
  • ½ Cup Black Gram
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 Tsp cashew
  • 5 Tsp Jaggery
  • 2 Ghee

Instructions
 

  • In a non-stick pan, dry roast the 1/2 Cup Poha over low flame for 5 minutes. Transfer it to a plate and set it aside.
  • In the same pan, dry roast the 1/2 Cup Black Gram for a few minutes until it turns aromatic. Transfer it to the plate with the roasted Poha.
  • Using a mixer, grind the roasted Poha and Split Black Gram into a fine powder.
  • Add the 5 Tsp Jaggery and 1 Cardamom to the mixer and grind everything together until well combined.
  • Heat the 2 Ghee in a pan and fry the 2 Tsp cashew until they turn golden brown. Transfer the fried Cashews to the mixture in the mixer.
  • Mix everything well to ensure there are no lumps formed.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into laddus.
  • Set the laddus aside to allow them to firm up.
  • Once set, the Poha Laddus are ready to be served.
