Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ragi flour
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • ½ cup Jaggery powder
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • ¼ cup White Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Elachi Cardamom
  • ½ cup Dry coconut

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan with 2 tsp Ghee until melted. Fry 1 cup Ragi flour until fragrant and transfer to a plate.
  • Dry roast 1/2 cup Peanuts and 1/4 cup White Sesame seeds until golden brown, cool, and remove skins.
  • Blend peanuts, sesame seeds,1/2 cup Dry coconut and 1 tsp Elachi, into a fine mixture.
  • Combine the ground mixture with roasted ragi flour in a bowl.
  • Melt the jaggery into a pan.
  • Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Shape into desired-sized laddus.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.
