Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Ragi Finger Millet Flour
  • ½ Cup Almonds
  • ½ Cup cashew
  • 5 Tbsp Pistachios
  • ¼ Tsp Saffron Strands
  • ¼ Tsp Cardamom
  • ¼ Cup Jaggery

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, dry roast the ragi flour (2 cup Ragi) over low flame for 5 minutes until it turns fragrant and slightly golden. Set it aside to cool.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry the 1/2 Cup Almonds, 1/2 Cup cashew, and 5 Tbsp Pistachios. Allow them to dry completely in the sun.
  • In the same pan, dry roast each dry fruit separately over low flame until they turn crunchy and lightly golden. Keep them aside to cool.
  • Using a blender, blend the 1/4 Cup Jaggery until it becomes smooth and sieve it to remove any lumps.
  • Add the roasted dry fruits, along with1/4 Tsp Cardamom and 1/4 Tsp Saffron Strands, to the blender with the jaggery. Grind everything together until you get a fine powder.
  • Transfer the Ragi Malt Powder to an airtight container for storage.
