Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Dalia broken wheat
  • 2 cup Water
  • ¼ Tsp Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Ghee clarified butter
  • 3 Tsp Almonds
  • ½ Cup Coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat1 Tsp Ghee in a pressure cooker.
  • Add 1 Cup Dalia (cracked wheat) and saute for a minute.
  • Pour 2 cups of water into the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
  • Once cooked, add crushed or powdered 3 Tsp Almonds and mix well.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of coconut milk and 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes on simmer until the consistency becomes slightly thick.
