Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Jowar Flour
  • 1 onion Finely Chopped
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ¼ Chilli Chopped
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves Finely Chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • â…• cup Curd Yogurt
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • Ghee Clarified butter, as required

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup of jowar flour with finely chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped chilli, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds.
  • Add 1/2 cup of curd and 1.5 cup water to the mixture. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Set the batter aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat a tawa (griddle) and apply ghee to it.
  • Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the hot tawa and spread it in a circular motion to make a dosa.
  • Cook the dosa on medium heat until it turns golden brown on both sides.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
  • Serve the delicious Instant Jowar Dosas hot with your choice of chutney or sambar.
