Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Aata wheat flour
  • ¼ cup Carrot cubed
  • ¼ cup Potato cubed
  • ¼ cup Green Peas
  • 1 tsp Ghee clarified butter
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Steam and mash 1/4 cup Carrot, 1/4 cup Potato, and 1/4 cup Green Peas.
  • Mix mashed veggies with 1 cup Aata powder.
  • Add Water and knead into a soft dough.
  • Divide and roll the dough into balls.
  • Cook the rolled dough on a heated tawa with 1 tsp Ghee until brown spots appear.
  • Serve hot with curd or preferred accompaniment.
