Ingredients
  

  • 2 Beetroots medium-sized
  • 1 Carrot small-sized
  • 1 Potatoes large potato or 2 small
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs
  • tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder roasted
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • ¼ tsp Ginger grated
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Semolina

Instructions
 

  • Boil or pressure cook the potatoes until soft.
  • Peel, wash, and grate the beetroot and carrot.
  • Once cooled, mash the potatoes and chop the coriander leaves. Make bread crumbs.
  • In a bowl, combine grated beetroot, carrot, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, spices, ginger, salt, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round or desired shapes.
  • Roll the cutlets in semolina or breadcrumbs to coat them.
  • Heat a pan with ghee and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
  • Allow the cutlets to cool before serving them to your baby.
