Ingredients
  

  • 1 Corn boiled
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tsp Cheese
  • tsp Pepper
  • ½ Tomato Chopped
  • ½ Capsicum Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove finely chopped
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Boil the 1 Corn and allow it to cool.
  • Preheat the toaster.
  • Carefully remove the corn kernels from the cob using a knife.
  • Before making the corn sandwich, measure and set aside all the ingredients.
  • Take a pan, heat 1 tsp Ghee, saute garlic pieces, corn, and add salt, 1/8 tsp Pepper, and chopped veggies. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked mixture to a plate and set it aside.
  • Apply butter to the bread slices.
  • Spoon the veggie corn mixture onto one slice of bread and top it with 1 teaspoon of grated cheese.
  • Cover with another slice of bread, also applied with butter.
  • Place the prepared sandwich in the toaster and cook until it turns golden brown.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before serving it to your baby.
