Ingredients
  

  • 6 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1 cup Coconut powder
  • ½ cup Jaggery powder
  • 1 Coconut tender
  • 2 tsp Pista Chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a non-stick pan, bring the 6 cup Milk to a boil and let it thicken slightly.
  • Add the 1 cup Milk and 1 cup Coconut to the pan, and mix well.
  • Simmer the mixture for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the 1/2 cup Jaggery to the mixture and continue simmering until it reduces further.
  • Roughly chop the tender 1 Coconut and place the pieces into kulfi moulds.
  • Once the milk mixture has thickened sufficiently, switch off the heat and let it cool slightly. Add 2 tsp Pista (chopped)and mix well.
  • Pour the prepared mixture into the kulfi moulds and close them with the lids.
  • Place the moulds in their stand and allow them to cool down to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, transfer the moulds to the freezer and let them set completely for 4-6 hours.
  • Once set, gently demould the kulfis and serve immediately.
