Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Semia vermicelli noodles
  • ½ tbsp Sabja seeds
  • 2 Mangoes ripe
  • 5 Almonds chopped
  • 5 Pistachios chopped
  • 5 Cashew nuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cherries chopped
  • 4 tsp Ice cream vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Boil the 1.5 cups Milk, allow it to cool, and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Soak the 1/2 tbsp Sabja seeds in water for 15 minutes, then strain and set them aside.
  • Peel and chop one mango into small pieces, and puree the other mango.
  • Dry roast the 5 Almonds, 5 Pistachios, and 5 Cashew nuts in a pan, then keep them aside.
  • Boil the 1/2 cup Semia (vermicelli noodles) according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • It’s time to start layering the Mango Falooda.
  • Take a glass and begin with a layer of mango puree at the bottom, followed by a layer of soaked sabja seeds.
  • Add a layer of mango cubes and then a layer of cooked semia.
  • Sprinkle the chopped nuts and 2 tbsp Cherries on top.
  • Pour the chilled milk into the glass.
  • Finally, add 4 tsp Ice cream (Vanilla) to enhance the creaminess of the dessert.
  • Serve the Mango Falooda chilled.
