Ingredients
  

  • cup Rice
  • cup Moong dal
  • 1 tsp Sabudana
  • 1 Banana small ripe
  • Ghee A few drops of
  • 2.5 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Breastmilk/formula milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly wash the 1/8 cup Rice, 1 tsp Sabudana, and 1/8 cup Moong dal. Then, soak them in water for 1 hour.
  • In a pressure cooker, add the soaked rice, dal, and 2.5 cups of water. Close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. Allow the cooker to cool down.
  • Transfer the cooked rice and dal to a blender. Add the ripe 1 Banana and, if desired, 2 tsp Breastmilk/formula milk. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Finally, add a few drops of ghee to enhance the flavor. Your delicious Annaprasana recipe is now ready to be served during the ceremony.
