  • 1 Apple Medium-sized
  • Water Boiled

Instructions
 

  • Select a fresh and sweet 1 Apple of your choice.
  • Wash the apple thoroughly and peel the skin using a peeler or knife.
  • Cut the apple into small slices or chunks.
  • Place the apple slices in a pan and add enough water to completely cover them.
  • Cook the apple chunks for approximately 10 minutes or until they are soft and tender.
  • Mash or blend the steamed apples to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Gradually add some of the water used for steaming to adjust the texture of the puree according to your preference.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth or runny, depending on your baby’s stage of food introduction.
  • Transfer the apple puree into a serving bowl.
