  • ¼ Beetroot medium-sized (peeled and diced)
  • 1 Carrots peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Water of filtered

  • Begin by washing, peeling, and cutting the 1 Carrots into small cubes. Similarly, wash, peel, and dice the 1/4 Beetroot.
  • Take a pressure cooker and add the diced carrot, beetroot, and 1 cup Water. Close the lid securely.
  • Cook the mixture in the pressure cooker for three whistles. Once done, turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.
  • Transfer the cooled mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little water to achieve the desired thickness.
  • Finally, strain the blended mixture through a sieve to ensure a smooth texture. Serve this nourishing Carrot & Beetroot Soup to your little one.
