Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Spinach leaves cleaned and chopped
  • ¼ cup Carrot peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Water filtered

Instructions
 

  • Clean and chop the 1/2 cup Spinach leaves into smaller pieces.
  • Peel the 1/4 cup Carrot and roughly chop it into cubes.
  • In a pot, combine the spinach, carrot, and 1/2 cup Water. Cook the mixture on low flame, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook the carrots until tender, being careful not to overcook them.
  • Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.
  • Blend the cooked mixture in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain the puree and serve it to your baby with a spoon.
