Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tsp Moong dal (Yellow lentils)
  • 2 tsp Masoor dal (Red lentils)
  • 2 tsp Black urad dal (Black lentils)
  • 2 tsp Horse gram
  • 7 Almonds
  • 2 tsp Broken wheat
  • Water For rinsing

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry all the ingredients under the sun for 4 hours.
  • Roast rice, lentils, and horse gram until golden brown. Let them cool.
  • Blend the roasted ingredients with almonds and broken wheat into a fine powder.
  • Sieve and store the powder in an airtight container.

Preparation:

  • Mix 1 tsp of Homemade Cerelac with 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
  • Cook over low flame for 10 minutes until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!
