  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 2 tsp Oats
  • 1 tsp Ragi flour
  • ¼ tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt 1/4 tsp Ghee over medium heat.
  • Add 2 tsp Oats to the pan and roast for 2 minutes.
  • Pour 1 cup of 1.5 cups Water into the pan and bring it to a boil.
  • In a small bowl, mix the 1 tsp Ragi flour with half a cup of water until well combined.
  • Add the ragi water mixture to the boiling oats and water. Stir well.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the flame and allow the porridge to cool down.
