Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sooji
  • ½ tsp Ghee
  • 3 cup Water
  • breast milk optionally

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast 1 cup of sooji in a pan until slightly golden.
  • In a separate pan, boil 3 cups of water.
  • Slowly add the roasted sooji to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Mix for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and mix well.
  • Switch off the flame when the sooji is cooked and the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
  • Optionally, add breast milk or formula to make it more runny.
