Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Rice
  • 2 tbsp Moong Dal split yellow lentils
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  • â…› tsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup Grated Carrots grated
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions
 

  • Soak 2 tbsp Rice and 2 tbsp Moong Dal together for 1 hour.
  • Saute 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 Garlic clove, and 1/4 cup Grated Carrots in 2 tsp Ghee.
  • Add soaked rice, moong dal, 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder, and mix well.
  • Cook with 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles.
  • Mash, add a few drops of ghee, and serve.
