Ingredients
  

  • â…“ cup Moong Dal
  • 1 cup Poha (flattened Rice)
  • 1 piece Cardamom
  • ½ tsp Jeera cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Ajwain carom Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Properly wash the 1/3 cup Moong Dal and sun-dry it for 3 hours.
  • Dry roast the Moong Dal in a low flame until it turns golden brown. Transfer it to a plate.
  • In the same pan, dry roast the 1 cup Poha.
  • Transfer all the ingredients into a blender and grind them. Then, sieve the mixture and transfer it to an airtight bow

Note:-

  • Take 5 teaspoons of instant Poha Dal powder in a bowl.
  • Add a small amount of hot water and stir well to avoid lumps.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more water according to your desired texture.
  • Enhance the taste by adding a few drops of ghee (clarified butter).
  • The baby food is now ready to be served.
