  • Take the 1 cup Makhana and cut each one into two pieces.
  • Heat 1 tsp Ghee in a pan and add the makhana.
  • Roast the makhana on medium flame, stirring continuously until they turn crispy and crunchy.
  • Remove from heat and transfer the roasted makhana to a bowl. Let it cool down.
  • Once cooled, transfer the makhana to a blender and grind it into a fine powder.
  • In a pan, bring 1 cup Water to a boil and set it aside.
  • In a bowl, take a spoonful of makhana powder and slowly add hot water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Keep stirring until the desired consistency is achieved.
