Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Moong dal (split green gram)
  • 1 Potato (chopped)
  • ½ Carrot (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Green peas (soaked)
  • ½ Tomato diced
  • 1 cup Water
  • pinch Turmeric
  • ¼ tsp Ghee (clarified butter)
  • pinch Jeera (cumin seeds)

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the ingredients and soak them for 15 minutes.
  • In a pressure cooker, add all the soaked ingredients along with water and a pinch of turmeric.
  • Pressure cook the mixture for 3 whistles. Allow the pressure to release naturally, then open the cooker and mash the cooked ingredients.
  • In a pan, heat ghee and add jeera. Then, add the mashed soup to the pan.
  • Allow the soup to cool down and serve it to your baby.
