Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Poha
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ tsp Ghee
  • 1 Banana
  • pinch Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Clean the 1 cup Poha thoroughly and soak it in fresh 1 cup Water about 15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp Ghee to it. Add the banana pieces and saute them for about 5 minutes.
  • Mash the sauteed 1 Bananaand then add the soaked poha along with water to the pan. Mix everything well.
  • Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes, ensuring the poha is cooked properly. Add a pinch Cardamom powder and turn off the stove.
  • Allow the porridge to cool down, and it’s ready to be served to your baby.
