Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Ragi flour
  • ½ cup Broken Wheat
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing the 1/2 cup Broken Wheat and soaking it for 2 hours.
  • Take a cooking bowl and add the soaked broken wheat along with 1 cup of water. Boil this mixture for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, add the 2 tsp Ragi flour to the bowl and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
  • Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, switch off the heat. Add the 1/4 tsp Ghee and serve the Raagi and Broken Wheat Upma to your child.
