Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp carrot chopped
  • 1 tsp Beans chopped
  • 10 Green Peas
  • 1 tsp Potato chopped
  • 1 tsp Bottle Gourd chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • ¼ tsp Ghee clarified butter
  • pinch Pepper Powder
  • pinch Jeera cumin powder
  • 2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Take all the listed vegetables and steam them until they are cooked and tender.
  • Once the vegetables are steamed, transfer them to a blender.
  • Add water to the blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Pour the blended vegetable-water mixture into a pot.
  • Add a pinch of pepper powder and jeera powder for added flavor.
  • Bring the soup to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Once the soup is ready, strain it through a filter to remove any remaining vegetable fibers.
  • Serve the soup hot, and for an extra touch of flavor, add a tsp of ghee on top.
