Ingredients
  

  • 1 Carrot medium-sized
  • 4 Almonds
  • pinch Pepper
  • â…› tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Clove
  • pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup Water hot
  • ¼ tsp Ghee
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Soak almonds in hot water for 3 hours.
  • Peel and cook 1 Carrot until soft.
  • Let carrot cool down.
  • Blend carrot, soaked almonds, spices, and water until smooth.
  • Heat 1/4 tsp Ghee, saute Coriander leaves, add blended mixture, and simmer for 10 minutes.
