  • 1 Banana Large fully ripened
  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  • Water as required
  • Ghee for roti preparation

Instructions
 

  • Mash the 1 Banana and set it aside.
  • Mix the mashed banana and 2 cup Wheat flour well in a bowl.
  • Gradually add Water and knead the dough.
  • Take a tawa (griddle) and apply Ghee to it.
  • Roll out the dough into small circles (roti) and cook them on the tawa until browned.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
