Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Dalia (broken wheat)
  • ¼ cup Green gram (moong dal)
  • 2 cup Water
  • pinch Turmeric powder
  • pinch Pepper
  • Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • ½ tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing the 1/2 cup Dalia and 1/4 cup Green gram separately. Place them in a pressure cooker.
  • Add all the ingredients to the cooker and let them soak for 30 minutes.
  • After soaking, pressure cook everything for 3 whistles.
  • Allow the pressure cooker to cool down.
  • Once cooled, mash the cooked dalia and green gram well to achieve a porridge-like consistency.
  • Your nourishing Dalia Green Gram Porridge is now ready to be served!
