  • 15 Palak leaves (Spinach)
  • pinch Pepper powder
  • 1 Garlic cloves no minced
  • ½ tsp Ghee
  • pinch Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop 15 spinach leaves and mince 1 garlic clove.
  • Heat a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) and the minced garlic.
  • Add the chopped spinach leaves and sauté them well.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of pepper powder onto the spinach.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the spinach is tender, turn off the flame.
  • Your delicious Garlic Spinach Fry is now ready to be served.
