Ingredients
  

  • 3 Idli Batter ladles
  • 1 tsp Carrot grated
  • 1 tsp Beetroot grated
  • 1 tsp Capsicum grated
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 pinch Jeera Cumin seeds
  • Ghee clarified butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Mix idli batter with grated Carrot, Beetroot, Capsicum, chopped Coriander, and Jeera.
  • Grease mini idli moulds with ghee.
  • Fill moulds with vegetable batter and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from steamer and let them cool slightly.
  • Unmould gently using a spoon or fork.
  • Serve warm with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
