Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp Oats
  • 1 tsp of Ghee
  • â…› tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • Mustard seeds (few)
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (diced)
  • 2 fingers-sized Coconut (grated)
  • Lemon juice (few drops)
  • 2 tsp Green peas
  • 2 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
  • pinch Turmeric powder
  • pinch Pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee, jeera, and mustard seeds in a pan.
  • Saute onions until golden. Add tomatoes, coconut, and green peas. Cook until tender.
  • Sprinkle turmeric and pepper powder. Stir in oats briefly.
  • Cook with water until oats are done. Squeeze lemon juice, garnish with coriander. Serve and enjoy!
