Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Curry Leaves a few
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Peas
  • ½ cup Tomatoes finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 cup Bajra Dalia (pearl millet)
  • ½ cup Moong Dal split yellow lentils
  • 4.5 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Soak 1 cup Bajra Dalia and 1/2 cup Moong Dal overnight.
  • Saute 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, 1/2 cup Onion, and 1/2 cup Tomatoes in 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric and 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder, and mix.
  • Drain soaked Bajra Dalia and Moong Dal, then add to the pressure cooker with water.
  • Cook for 3 whistles, then naturally release pressure.
  • Stir in1 tsp Lime Juice and serve warm.
