Ingredients
  

  • 2 Dosa batter ladles
  • 3 tsp Ragi flour
  • Water as required
  • 2 tsp Carrot grated
  • 2 tsp Onion grated
  • Cumin seeds (Few Jeera)
  • Ghee (greasing)

Instructions
 

  • Mix 2 Dosa batter, 3 tsp Ragi flour, 2 tsp Carrot (grated), 2 tsp Onion (grated), and Cumin seeds in a bowl. Rest for 10 mins.
  • Heat paniyaram pan, apply Ghee to cavities.
  • Fill cavities with batter using a spoon.
  • Close lid, cook for 5 mins.
  • Flip paniyarams for even cooking.
  • Cook uncovered for 5 more mins until golden brown.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Serve Ragi Paniyarams with baby-friendly chutney or dip.
