Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Carrots chopped
  • ¼ cup Radish chopped
  • 3 tsp Green Peas
  • â…› tsp Ajwain
  • â…› tsp Jeera
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • 3 tsp Coriander chopped
  • â…› cup Toor dal
  • â…› cup Dalia
  • 3 tsp Onion chopped
  • 4 tsp Tomato chopped
  • 3 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, combine water, Toor dal, and Dalia. Bring it to a boil and let it cook until the lentils are partially cooked.
  • Add the chopped vegetables, including Carrots, Radish, Green Peas, Onion, and Tomato. Stir well.
  • Sprinkle Ajwain, Jeera, Turmeric powder, and Pepper powder over the mixture. Mix everything together.
  • Cover the pot and let the Kichdi simmer on low heat until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well blended. Garnish with chopped Coriander before serving.
