  • ¼ cup Sabudana tapioca eearls
  • ¼ cup Urad dal split black lentils
  • ¼ cup Brown rice
  • Ghee for preparation

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak sabudana, brown rice, and urad dal for 6 hours.
  • Grind the soaked ingredients until you achieve a smooth and thin consistency batter.
  • Preheat a Tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
  • Apply ghee to the Tawa and spread one ladle full of the batter.
  • Close the Tawa with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Flip the dosa and let it cook for another minute.
  • Your Spongy Sabudana Dosa is ready to be enjoyed!
