Ingredients
  

  • 1 Beetroot medium-sized
  • 1 Idli batter without salt – 1 ladle

Instructions
 

  • Steaming and Blending the 1 Beetroot.
  • Steam the beetroot for 15 minutes until tender.
  • Blend the steamed beetroot into a fine paste.
  • Add the beetroot puree to 1 ladle of idli batter.
  • Mix the beetroot puree well with the idli batter.
  • Steam the idli batter. Once cooked, allow the idli to cool slightly.
  • Cut the idli into kid-friendly pieces. and serve to your child.
