Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms Tofu
  • 3 tsp Onion chopped
  • 3 tsp Tomato chopped
  • pinch Turmeric powder
  • pinch Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • pinch Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Soak tofu in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain and crumble tofu or Soya.
  • Melt ghee in a skillet.
  • Saute onions until golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • Sprinkle turmeric, jeera, pepper powder, and coriander powder.
  • Mix spices with onions and tomatoes.
  • Gently stir in crumbled tofu.
  • Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the tofu.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
