Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp Peanuts roasted
  • 4 tsp Tomatoes chopped
  • 4 tsp Coconut grated
  • curry leaves Few
  • ¼ tsp oil
  • mustard seeds Few

Instructions
 

  • In a kadai, add 4 tsp Tomatoes with 2 tsp of water and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once cooked, blend the tomatoes, roasted 4 tsp Peanuts, and grated 4 tsp Coconut in a blender until smooth.
  • In the same kadai, heat 1/4 tsp oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add this seasoning to the blended chutney and mix well.
  • Serve the Peanut Tomato Chutney as a side dish with rice or use it as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
