Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana ripe
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • tsp Ginger juice
  • tsp Cinnamon powder optional
  • ½ cup Coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the 1 Banana, and add it to the blender.
  • Add1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp Ginger juice, 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder, 1/2 cup Coconut to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until frozen solid.
  • To release the popsicles from the molds, let them rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the turmeric popsicles and enjoy.
