Ingredients
  

  • ½ Beetroot medium
  • ½ Onion medium
  • ½ Tomato medium
  • pinch Turmeric
  • 1 Clove
  • Garlic minced
  • 2 pinch Pepper powder
  • 4 Cashews
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the 1/2 Beetroot, 1/2 Onion, and 1/2 Tomato.
  • Steam the chopped vegetables and set them aside.
  • Soak the 4 Cashews in hot water for 1 hour and drain.
  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients (including the soaked cashews) until you get a smooth paste.
  • Now take a sauce pan, cook the puree along with the water for 10 mins in simmer.
  • Serve warm.
