Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • 5 green cardamom pods
  • Few saffron strands

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry 1/2 cup each of cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, and almonds. Leave them in the sun to dry completely.
  • In a pan, dry roast each type of nut separately on low flame until they turn slightly golden and aromatic.
  • Also, roast 5 green cardamom pods and a few saffron strands.
  • Allow the roasted nuts and spices to cool down completely.
  • Grind all the ingredients together to form a fine powder.
  • Transfer the mixed nuts powder to an airtight container for storage.
