  • 5 Ladies fingers
  • pinch Pepper powder
  • pinch Jeera powder
  • pinch Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Onion
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • Curry leaves few

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing and drying the ladies’ fingers.
  • Cut the ladies’ fingers into small pieces.
  • Heat a kadai and add ghee. Saute onions and ladies' fingers together until well-cooked.
  • Cover the kadai with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add all the spices and mix thoroughly.
  • Allow it to cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • Your delicious dish is now ready to be served and enjoyed!
