Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp Green gram dal
  • 4 tsp Rice
  • 3 Cashews
  • 1 cup Water
  • pinch Turmeric
  • pinch Ajwain
  • pinch Jeera

Instructions
 

  • Clean and soak 4 tsp of green gram dal and 4 tsp of rice in water for 1 hour.
  • Also, soak 3 cashews in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • Blend the soaked cashews with 1 tsp of water to make a fine paste.
  • In a pressure cooker, cook the soaked dal and rice along with a pinch of turmeric, ajwain, and jeera. Let it cool down.
  • Add the cashew paste to the cooked dal and rice mixture and mix well.
  • Mash the ingredients together and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Your flavorful Green Gram Cashew Porridge is now ready to be served!
